House rules for private accommodation in mobile homes and general terms and conditions of business
In order to ensure a pleasant stay and to prevent possible misunderstandings, please familiarize yourself with the house rules and terms of business. By confirming the reservation and paying the advance payment, you confirm that you are familiar with the house rules and that you will fully comply with them, as well as that you are familiar with the business conditions. Violation of the house rules and terms of business may result in cancellation of the reservation and payment of the full price of the stay, regardless of early departure.
Upon arrival at the accommodation unit, guests must hand in the voucher and personal documents of all persons for registration (passport or identity card) at the camp reception and pay the difference for renting the accommodation unit (if the number of guests exceeds four adults and two children). The tourist tax and the cost of check-in and check-out from the campsite are paid when the guest registers at the reception. - Guests are responsible for order and cleanliness in the accommodation unit and are obliged to maintain them. The owner is not obliged to clean and tidy the accommodation unit during the guest’s stay, as well as not to remove rubbish from the accommodation units.
- The owner is not obliged to provide the guest with additional towels, kitchen towels, toilet paper, hygiene items, cleaning and dishwashing products.
- Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the accommodation unit. The owner is not responsible for lost or missing items. When leaving the accommodation unit, be sure to close the windows and lock the door, and leave the keys to the mobile home at the reception upon check-out.
- The owner has no right to enter the rented accommodation unit in the absence of the guest. The exception is special circumstances that make it absolutely necessary to enter in order to prevent damage or danger. The owner is obliged to inform the guests about his entry at the first subsequent contact. In the case of the owner’s justified suspicion that damage has been caused, the guests are obliged to allow the owner to enter the accommodation unit in order to check the situation.
- We ask that you take care of the rented accommodation unit and handle the furniture and equipment inside and outside the building with care. It is not allowed to move furniture between rooms, and to take interior furnishings to other accommodation units, outside the building or to the beach.
- Be sure to close the windows, turn off the lighting, electrical appliances, lock the door when leaving the accommodation unit.
- If there will be people in the accommodation unit who are not registered or not announced at the time of booking, the owner has the right to cancel accommodation for all guests.
- A guest who intentionally or unintentionally causes damage or damage to property will have to pay the owner the full amount of the resulting damage.
- If the guest cannot arrive at the reserved accommodation unit by 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, he must call the owner of the accommodation unit in advance and announce a later arrival. Otherwise, it may happen that the owner assumes that the guests will not come and accepts other guests in this accommodation unit.
- On the day of departure, you must leave the accommodation unit by 10:00 a.m.
- You must leave the accommodation unit you have rented in the same condition as it was when you arrived – tidy, clean and undamaged.
- Upon departure, guests must clean the accommodation unit: wash dishes, remove waste, clean the refrigerator. If the basic cleaning is not done by the guest, the guest will be charged an additional final cleaning in the amount of 100.00 euros, the amount will be charged and settled upon the guest’s departure. Regardless of the fact that the guest has already been charged for final cleaning, the above-mentioned works are considered as additional final cleaning, which is charged separately.
- From 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. is the time of night peace. For this reason, you do not disturb other guests in the campsite.

- Accommodation may be canceled for guests who do not respect the house rules and disturb the peace. In case of cancellation of the accommodation by the owner due to violation of the rules of the house, the amount paid to the guest will not be refunded, regardless of the shortened stay.
By starting to use the accommodation unit, it is taken into account that the guest is familiar with the house rules and agrees to the obligations and conditions stated therein. Complaints will only be considered if they are reported during the stay. We do not consider subsequent complaints.
